A source with knowledge of the Baltimore Ravens' front-office dealings says that team owner Steve Bisciotti is endorsing the return of coach Brian Billick for the 2008 season, the Baltimore Sun reports.
The source also told the Sun although the team has lost seven consecutive games, there is a understading that injuries and issues at quarterback have played a big part, and that Bisciotti doesn't blame Billick for the team falling from 13-3 to 4-9 this season.
Billick, who coached the Ravens to a Super Bowl title after the 2000 season, has a signed contract through the 2010 season.
